Refunds

Short version: 14 days, no questions asked, full refund.

The policy

If you buy Pro and it does not do what you needed, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and you get the full amount back. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to prove anything. We will not ask you to sit through a retention offer.

This applies to monthly plans, annual plans and the one-time lifetime purchase alike.

How to ask

Email the address on the imprint page with the email address you used at checkout, or the order number from your receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and reseller, and normally appear within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time through the link in your purchase receipt. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not automatically refund a payment already taken. If you want that payment back and you are inside the 14 days, just say so.

Your statutory rights

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The policy above is at least as generous and does not limit it. Nothing here affects your rights under mandatory consumer law.

Try before you buy

The free plan runs the full pipeline on three files a month, with no account and no card. We would rather you tested it properly first than bought something that does not fit.
